That's right.  We are now a USARA National Championship Qualifier.

I'm focusing on the prices/gear/raffle items/points/qualifier aspects right now.  Here's the summary.

If you are looking for series points, here's what it means for you.

• Checkpoint Tracker Adventure Racing Series: Day Race - up to 100 pts.
• USARA National Ranking System: Expedition Race & National Championship Qualifier - up to 79 pts.

If you are looking to race a National Championship, here's what it means for you:

• Checkpoint Tracker National Championship: 1/5 of your total score towards qualifying for the Checkpoint Tracker National Championship.
• USARA National Championship: Top 3 elite teams get invited to the USARA National Championship.  Win the race and you get $500 toward your entry ($400 from us + $100 from Zanfel).
  

If you are looking for prizes and schwag, look no further:

• Checkpoint Tracker Adventure Racing Series: The Atomic AR is butted up against the mid-year Checkpoint Tracker Series prize.  If your team is leading the series on May 31st, 2010, you will win an entry (PLUS AIRFARE) to compete in the Ultimate XC stage race in Canada on June 25th.
• USARA National Ranking System: In addition to the sponsorship to race the USARA National Championship, win the Atomic Adventure Race and each team member will get some sweet Salomon jackets.
