My apologies to those in the states of Louisiana, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania.  There are now USA 50 states on the registration form.  And the country of Ecquador. Thanks for pointing out the missing states, now corrected.  Hey, at least the Alabamans were not alone.
