As promised, it was close. Team Florida has ousted Team Georgia by 2 points! I blame Team Flight, who if it weren't for the two Floridian sabateurs (JJ and May-Li) sent to slow down Georgian Charles Oswald, could have raced 15 minutes faster (beating out Vignette and Adventure Racing South A & B for the 1 point win over Team Florida). Nevertheless, Team Georgia will no doubt return in 2011 and have its vengeance!

Now, as to my predictions, I got 4 out of 5 top 5 picks for each of the states, I said it was gonna be close and boy was it ever, Georgia's 9th was well behind Florida's 5th contributing to their win. I was wrong in that Florida's 2nd did NOT beat Georgia's 3rd (despite Georgian team Layer 3 having to carry around the Atomic AR Trophy); but hey, there was an 11 minute difference
between the two, so it could've gone either way. So I'd say I did pretty well, but not as well as the Floridians!
Summary: Team Georgia just got served.
