Registering:

To register, please fill out the Registration Form below. Registering for the race is simply a show of intent. You need not pay immediately. However, when you pay, rather than when you register, dictates whether or not your team is an Early Bird mentioned below.

Early Bird Payment:

We love early birds.  Why?  Because early birds are committed to racing and more importantly letting everybody else know that they are racing.  Early birds help Race Management with budgeting and up-front expenses.  As a result, we like to shower early birds with the VIP treatment.  Here are some of the things you will receive as an early bird:

  1. Getting your money's worth--guaranteed.  Some register last minute because they worry their registration dollars will be wasted if life happens and they cannot race.  Not as an early bird!  If for some aweful reason you are unable to race the 2010 Atomic Adventure Race after having paid as an early bird, you may have your registration carry over to 2011 in lieu of the refund policy.  This means a knee injury a week before the race is not a total loss, and that you have a goal for getting that sucker rehabilitated by 2011!
  2. Captains of early bird teams are given a choice of extra schwag items (in 2009, Injinji Performance Tetrasoks or Adventure Medical Kits .7s).
  3. Early bird team members will be entered into an exclusive gear drawing (last year it was for a Fuji Bikes Full Suspension mountain bike frame).

Registration Cost:

Registration cost is $165 per racer ($330 for 2-person team, $495 for 3-person team).

This is the highest one might pay, as there are several ways to discount the race. Registration could be as low as $146.83, depending on how many Trailblazer members you have and how you make your payment.

  • If paying by check, take an additional $5 off your registration cost (post-discount) per team, and note any discount code[s] you applied to registration on the check. Registration will be finalized after your check has been processed. Send check or certified funds and your Team Name to:
